Styku: 3D Body Scanning
Styku is a cutting-edge, non-invasive 3D body scanning system that offers precise, full-body measurements and an interactive 3D model of your body. Whether you’re on a wellness journey, tracking fat loss or muscle gain, or simply want to visualize progress over time, Styku helps you measure what matters—beyond the scale.
By providing accurate data and visual tracking, Styku is an essential tool for setting realistic goals and monitoring changes in body composition.
How Styku Works
During a Styku session, you’ll stand on a rotating platform while specialized cameras and sensors capture your body from multiple angles. In just a few minutes, the system generates a detailed 3D representation of your body along with measurements of key areas.
This scan allows you and Dr. Flippin to clearly track changes over time in muscle, fat, and shape, with data saved securely for future comparisons.

What to Expect at Your Styku Appointment
Each appointment takes about 15 minutes, including your scan and an evaluation of your data. After your scan, a detailed Styku report will be emailed to you—and your information will be saved in the system so you can compare future scans and track your journey.
To ensure the most accurate results, wear minimal and form-fitting clothing such as:
- Sports bras, form-fitting tights or leggings, underwear, or swimwear.
- Remove shoes, socks (unless light-colored), hats, watches, and jewelry.
- Long hair should be pinned up.
Think of it as dressing to be assessed—tight-fitting clothing ensures your scan reflects your actual shape and measurements.
